Ceri's climbers conquer Helvellyn
On 16th May, Francesca Thornton and an incredible team of family and friends took on the challenge of climbing Helvellyn via Striding Edge in support of their amazing friend, Ceri, who is receiving treatment at the Lilac Centre, St Helens Hospital.
Thanks to their determination and the generosity of everyone who supported them, they raised an outstanding £5,000 including Gift Aid for the Lilac Centre Fund.
Last Friday, it was a real pleasure to welcome the team to the Lilac Centre to present their amazing donation to the staff who care for patients every day.
