WE RAISED

£1,865.50

In memory of a much-loved mum, friend, and colleague

We’d like to say a truly heartfelt thank you to Jess Grabaskey and her brother David for their incredibly generous donation of £1,865.50 to the Lilac Centre fund, given in loving memory of their wonderful mum, Kay.

Kay began working at St Helens Hospital in 1987, a move she always said was the best decision she ever made. During her time at the Trust, she built not only a career but also many deep and lasting friendships that meant so much to her.

Kay clearly touched the lives of so many people, both personally and professionally. She will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the positive impact she had on everyone around her. She is deeply missed by all who knew her.

This donation is a beautiful and meaningful tribute to Kay’s life.

Pictured at the cheque presentation are Jess, Lynda Sherman, Julie Morgan, Denise Shaw-Binns, Julie Lynan and Julie Glynn, alongside members of staff from the Lilac Centre.

Thank you, Jess, for your kindness, generosity, and for honouring your mum’s memory in such a special way.
