On Friday 17th July, brave participants will be taking on a 60ft abseil down the front of Whiston Hospital in support of MWL NHS Charity.
This is your chance to face your fears, feel the adrenaline, and support your local NHS Charity at the same time.
All funds raised help provide vital equipment and support patient wellbeing projects across our hospitals and you can choose exactly where your fundraising makes a difference.
No previous experience is needed as full training and safety equipment will be provided. All you need is courage and the willingness to take the leap.
