Please note: To complete the Whiston Hospital Abseil, participants must be aged 12 years or older. Participants under 18 will require signed parental consent. There is no upper age limit as long as you are fit and healthy. There is no weight or height restriction, but please be aware that the harness has a maximum waist circumference of 125cm and maximum leg circumference of 82cm. If you are pregnant, unfortunately you will be unable to take part in the abseil.
